Ron Lutsko Jr. is Principal and Founder of the design firm, Lutsko Associates, landscape. Central to Ron’s design philosophy is his deep interest in ecological systems, design, architecture, and conceptual art. This is coupled with a rigorous attention to detail, and a fascination with materials, finishes and plant species. Ron also operates a small, family run olive farm and olive oil company, and a native plants nursery in the Capay Valley. The nursery serves as a resource for introducing appropriate plants into cultivation and as a unique resource for Lutsko Associates projects. He has served on numerous boards and advisory committees throughout California and has written and lectured on the subject of merging plants, people, and ecology into the fabric of the constructed landscape.
